Unfortunately for many, we never received the comfort, love, encouragement or praise we needed growing up and it can lead us feeling alone, unheard and not important in our adult life, it deflates our spirit, our self worth and self confidence which is why I wish to send your heart a monthly poetic E-love letter to remind you how special you are.
