Embracing Self Love: A practice to Overcoming Exhaustion and Recharging Your Energy

This message speaks of needing to slow down, nurture and fill your exhausted soul with deep replenishment.

Card 1: The waste lands, i am instantly drawn to the cracked earth, dry, dehydrated and empty, in desperate need of care, nurturing, nourishment and love. The woman on her knees is clutching at the last bit of water and grass which to me symbolises your energy, you are clinging onto the last remains of your energy well, feeling exhausted, this is your message it is time to tend to your self-care needs.

Card 2: The child within: with this card i am seeing that it is time to mother yourself, to wrap yourself in a moment of nourishment and care, to retreat, and give yourself what your body, mind and soul needs, This is a feminine energy, asking you to embody the aspects of the Divine mother in your daily life. You can often ignore your needs so that you can mother and take care of others, yet it is important to step back and take the time to love yourself also.

Card 3: The sacred waters

I am feeling the whoosh of waters, the full exhales with this card, just as when you step into a warm soothing bath you relax and exhale, that's the energy of this card, asking you to energetically step into a bath of replenishing self-care, From card one this is what your body, mind and soul needs, yearns for right now - hydration, rest, nourishment, to cleanse your energy, to unplug and just be, to find peace and stillness, to fill your own cup in a space of tranquillity and calm.

Card 4: The second bloom

This card speaks that once you honour your wellbeing needs, take care of yourself, step back and nourish your being, you will bloom again, full of energy and vitality. Just like a flower, she needs water to bloom- and so do you. No flower can blossom in dry soil.

From card 1 to card 4 we can see the story of how self-care and regularly nourishing yourself is important to your soul.

To know when you are running on empty and to learn to go within to the loving embrace of slowing down, being gentle with yourself and taking the time to replenish your energy so that you can bloom with fullness once again. A reminder: It is not selfish to take care of your wellbeing needs. It is the highest form of self-love.

What is depleting my energy right now?

Where am I neglecting to take care of myself right now?

What can I do to nourish and replenish my energy and well-being right now?
