If you feel in the depths of darkness, this message is for you.

This Week's oracle message is about holding yourself with love and regaining your light.

Life will unfortunately switch off the light of your heart with painful life experiences, whatever they may be and while it is painful it is inevitable and the deep meaning is that life is trying to guide you back within yourself, back to the connection of self-love and Divine Love.

If you are currently feeling that you are lost, alone, deflated and holding pain, where life has ripped the rug from under your feet and you feel you are buried in the darkness of winter and emptiness, then this message is for you.

The first two cards are showing me that the darkness is a womb of healing and you have to go deep within the depths of the pain and darkness to find the light. The Secret Chamber card is making my heart chakra feel warm, your heart is the secret chamber- buried deep within your chest. All the pain you feel there is calling for your love. A call for deep connection to yourself once again. We disconnect from source of love after pain, building walls to protect ourselves from more hurt, we stop shining and hide in the dark.

The little ball of light in the card is showing me that the light of love is held within your heart. Life has turned off the lights so that you can ignite the light of love within yourself again. To realise that love has never left you because you are love. It is one of the biggest healing and growth journey we have as a human, to not let the pain of living stop us from shining our light of love.

Yet in this dark space of healing is where you must retreat, slow down and hold yourself as in card two. The Cave. This is all about self-care and love. It is only from this deep nurturing embrace and learning to love yourself that you can turn the light back on- From within. You can't rush this process, it will take as long as it needs, you will have to face your pain and fears and love them and heal them as though they are a small child and it will only happen when you are ready. This is where many struggle, fixated on anger, resentment and victimhood. They ignore and supress all the pain, they would rather sit and stay in the darkness, staying disconnected from their own heart, soul and love.

Life isn't out to punish you, it is there to help you grow, to rise again and again, you can't know love without pain, you can't know the light without the darkness. Self-love isn't given to you, it is forged from all the hurt and pain you go through, calling you again and again to give yourself the love you so desperately crave. To connect to Divine Love of Spirit- the source of life and all there is. To hold yourself deeply.

This is the only way out of the darkness- through the gateway of your heart.

In time all the healing, the self-love and self-care that you give yourself will show you the way out the darkness. The light of your own heart is what will lead the way. Little by little, your light of healing will glow brighter and brighter, just like the woman in the third card- she has done the work, and is emerging out of her cave into her power, rising with each step she takes. Her posture is full of confidence and she holds her head up high (unlike the male in the second card -where his posture is slumped and protective and head low in sadness). Her aura is bright and her ball of light is leading her the way. The lions in the third card symbolise strength and courage and are there to remind you that courage and strength can only be ignited by going through and overcoming challenges of life. You are stronger than you feel and think you are.

The shells in the third card symbolise life cycles and flows, a constant natural state of highs and lows we live in and that we need to learn to trust and honour them all.
