This oracle message is inviting you to embark on a journey of joy.
Maybe over the last few months or years you have given so much of your time and energy to the children, to family, to work, to keeping busy that now this is your time to reconnect to your own happiness.
It is time to bring back fun, play and joy into your life, maybe now is the time to do something just for you, join a gym, or dance class. Go pottery painting, or take art classes. Take stock of where you feel deflated and ask yourself what joyful things can you give yourself to bring more happiness into your life ?
Maybe you crave new friends and people who share your joys and passions or maybe you need to make time to spend with your soul sisters and have a girls night out, or in with a PJ party, a film and activities. Maybe you love to read and want to find a book club in person or online. Maybe you want to rekindle an old hobby or try something new that sparks a light within.
Joy and doing something you love isn’t another thing to do on your to-do list. It is part of nature and important for your overall health and wellbeing. Joy is a important part of living which has been stripped away in our fast-paced world, where we find we are too busy and too tired to take the time to spend with joy, which makes us feel more sad and depressed.
You can often feel deflated, tired and bored in life simply because you're not prioritising joy into your daily life.
As adults we forget to play.
To have fun, to pursue our hobbies and passions.
We are tired and tied to work, chores and demands, as well as stress and worry.
Joy we feel is an award or a treat to do once we have ticked off all the to do lists that we have.
But joy should be on that to do list.
Your soul needs joy to feel expanded and happy
Joy lifts us out of feeling low and lonely
Joy is an energy giver not taker
Joy is full of healing vibrations of well-being.
Joy is what keeps us feeling young and free.
When was the last time you really had fun?
The lack of joy is what's missing from so many peoples lives, over burdened with stress and worries and even feeling they're too old now to have fun!
Laughter and joy are great medicine for your soul and well-being and an important factor for a happier life.
So this is your message to play. To laugh again. Dance and sing. To feel free and do things that bring you joy and happiness.
Soul reflection:
What brings me joy and happiness that I can incorporate into my weekly activities?
What new joyful activities do I wish to try?
Love, D xx
