This message is all about your emotional wellbeing and taking the time to nurture your emotional exhaustion.
Card 1: the wellspring. Where are you emotionally exhausted ?
Where is your mind is needing rest to restore? With the wood bark - I’m feeling this symbolises being depleted in this message, you are running on empty from all the over-thinking, the worry and constant stream of over-whelming emotions that flow through your mind.
You’re so tired.
This card is inviting you to take a breath, to rest and refill your emotional well. The woman is safely cocooned in a protective space, and this is inviting you to take your emotional wellbeing with protective and loving boundaries and self-care right now.
Card 2: The Sirens. This card is asking you Where are you suppressing your emotions and feelings?
Emotions are energy in constant flow, like the waves of the card, they will always come and go. Sometimes calm and sometimes stormy. When you honour them all and learn to express them safely, you honour your emotional wellbeing, you free up the mental and emotional space of your mind, which leads to less emotional burnout as in card 1.
Expressing your emotions can be difficult and sometimes you don’t feel safe to do so, maybe your emotions were constantly shut down, so you learnt to keep them all inside your mind but with safe expression comes freedom and comes expansion in your truth and power.
Journal, sing, scream, speak to someone safe, cry, laugh….come into the present moment, your body and heart. Emotions are forever changing and flowing, breathe with each of them.
Card 3: The pearl: When your mind and body are heavy with overwhelm and worry, it is a invitation to find the root of what is keeping you awake at night and emotionally exhausted, this card speaks of opening your heart and mind to curiosity, asking to find the deeper reason for them. For when you dig deeper, searching for the root. You will find clarity. There is always a deep subconscious fear attached to our worries. Fears of abandonment, safety, security, health, being alone. When you find it- you can then alchemise it. You find your control and take your power back. You can begin to heal that rooted fear, taking small steps of action to become rooted in your safety and trust rather than your pulled by your fears. This is the time to sit and be honest with yourself. To hold your emotional exhaustion, worries and overwhelm with self love and care. Don’t run from them, they are only messages guiding you back to you.
It is only when we sit with ourselves, our emotions and dive deep into our being and learn that we can change.
