These 3 cards share such a grounding, nurturing energy for when you are going through growth.

We all have stages in our life where we change, learn and grow and it is in these times of change and transformation that we often need to feel safe, yet find our resilience.

Card 1: Bear: This card is all about self-connection, self-care and self-love and where you may need to nurture your heart, body and soul. She has her eyes closed which can symbolise inner healing. With the dry grass it can symbolise supressed emotions, where the lack of water/rain has not flown and nurtured the ground. Where are you suppressing your emotions right now? In the top corner we can see some birds flying away and out the picture, this can mean releasing and letting go of things that maybe keeping you emotionally heavy, the field can further that message by feeling finally free and open to the world around you. The hills in the background show it may not be a easy journey, you shall have lots of highs and lows, but the green of the hills and the peach skies show that with self love, healing your heart and emotional being with compassion and grace you can find renewal and growth. The bear cubs can symbolise inner child connection and nurturing the little child within.

Card 2: Snake: . As the snake is blue it can symbolise emotional maturity, emotional release, communication and growth. Learning to open up, communicate your needs, express your fears, hurt and pain. Move through life with emotional flow. The flowers can symbolise opening your heart, maybe past pain has closed it, maybe you have shut down your feelings and emotions because they were not seen, heard or dismissed, this card is about that inner healing, the inner growth, releasing the past pain and learning to open up again, to feel your emotions, Nurturing the parched parts of you with the safe healing and nurturing of the Bear card.

Card 3: Turtle: The water in this card is clear, symbolising clarity and purity. Between the first card and this card. We can see she still has her eyes closed but she is learning to not be ashamed of her emotional side, you can have emotions and still be strong, you can learn to express them with confidence and clear communication. Her hair is now free flowing with the breeze, She stands confidently in the water, which represents her emotional state. The birds are still flying out of the picture in the top corner, which here I feel symbolises moving on. Which sometimes can be emotional and painful but the turtle is offering reassurance and reminding you of your resilience as you move through this emotional growth phase.

I love how card 1 and 3 have both the numbers 16 and 17 which often shows moving forward and growth and also how both the bear cub and the turtle are in very similar poses. The bear cub can symbolise youth, learning and vulnerability, the turtle can symbolise wisdom, endurance, and emotional boundaries

The energy I am getting from all three cards is that this is a journey of self-worth, knowing that your feelings, needs and emotions matter. That it is healthy to communicate them and sometimes it is okay to walk away with your head high if people are ignoring them repeatedly. The growth is don't shut down your emotions, pain and feelings and needs to keep others happy.

Journal prompts to explore:

Where are my emotions, feelings and needs being dismissed, and not heard?

What emotions, needs and feelings am I supressing to keep the peace?

How can I learn to calmly express my emotions?

Where do I need to set boundaries when it come to my emotional health?
