This card is inviting you to stock up on a cabinet of things to do to nourish you throughout changes in your life. Write a list of practices, herbs, scents and hobbies that is your essential “tool kit”. They can include herbal teas for calming, scents for uplifting, hobbies such as colouring, baking, drawing for happiness and movement such as walking, yoga, dance for wellbeing. It can include meditation, social detoxs or sound frequency healing. Anything that makes your whole being feel safe, cared for and loved in the moments you need them the most.
Autumn Equinox: This card shows we have to nurture our being through difficult seasons, the changes of life and the darkness of the unknown. To hold our own hand, to go within and make our wellbeing a focus.
We can often lose ourselves and our connection to our needs when life gets challenging. This card is a reminder to root and ground yourself in gentle loving care, with your tool kit of wellness.
We know seasons of life doesn’t last forever, we must learn to balance the good and bad, the warmth and the cold, the light and the dark with love, grace and compassion. Even in the moments of feeling lost, in times of changes that you cannot control, this message is reminding you to never forget taking care of yourself with love, finding the little glimmers of joy, holding and nurturing your bad days.
