The Rose Oracle by Rebecca Campbell.
To me this deck is all about self love. Healing our hearts and embodying compassion and love and kindness to ourselves.
This deck to me has the energy of a loving grandmother. Rose is such a wonderful healing energy, in essentially oils, creams and tea and this card is an extension of that healing. Full of compassion and wisdom and healing love.
This deck is perfect for when you’re working on healing your heart. When you’re learning to love yourself and nurture yourself. It’s soft and gentle energy is like offering you a warm cup of tea when you need a hug and cry.
The pastel shades of this box and deck symbolise gentle healing, growth and love, it holds space for when we feel buried, for our emotions and for our blossoming.
I find this deck offers wisdom and compassion and a space of being held. As you know I don’t use oracle cards for answers or future predictions but instead use them for self reflection, healing and growth. The cards are very feminine, wise and honours the reader and the grandmothers of past. Maybe it offers you the love and warmth of a grandmother and mother you wish you had. It’s a wonderful deck for mother wound healing too.
Symbolism of The Rose: The Rose is a symbolic symbol for love, beauty and devotion. It carries the energy of our feminine heart and is often used to symbolise heart chakra healing and opening. The rose is all about the unfolding, from bud to bloom, an invitation to open to the experience of life through an open heart. It symbolises you awakening, your becoming, your path of self-love. Roses come in all beautiful colours and this deck focuses mostly on the softness of pastels, pinks, white and peach roses all which have their own symbolic messages and energy. The Pink rose can symbolise, emotional healing and compassion, the white rose can symbolises peace and spiritual love, the peach rose can symbolise gratitude and warmth. Along with the Rose comes thorns, which can offer the message to set healthy boundaries, not everyone deserves to touch your beauty.
Intuition Practice.
To not only connect to this deck but to build your intuition. I want you to slowly go through the cards and pick your favourite card of the deck. Journal why it’s your favourite? Is it the feeling? The colours? The image? What emotions does it bring up within you.
What is the message it may be offering you ?
Next go through the deck and pick your least favourite card of the deck. Journal why it’s your least favourite, what does it trigger within you ? What feelings and emotions does it bring up? It is within feeling triggered that lies the message of the card that we needed to know.

Card Message from The Rose Oracle: Often in life we fear the changes of life, the changes we cannot control. I'm instantly drawn to the image of the woman, who has her younger self and older self behind her. Offering the message that time is always ticking by, who you were yesterday is not who you will be tomorrow. As we age we learn lessons, and receive many blessings, life is a blessing. Each morning you awake is a gift. Don't waste your precious life worrying about the small things. Connect back to the younger you what were her dreams and joy? Call them back into your daily life. Connect to your older self what does she wish she did while she was still young and had time but fear took over? Release the fears and live, take action on your dreams and live with no regrets.
Do you have this deck? What energy does she offer you? Be sure to share your favourite/least favourite cards from the deck and any comments below.
Love, Donna x
