Chakra Connection: Root chakra- Restoring Balance

This message is inviting you to take stock of where you need more balance in your life.
Balance is linked to your root chakra. Located at the tailbone at the bottom of your spine. It connects you to the physical world, to your human body and to balance of life. Balance is created from a place of allowing and flow.
You need to balance being with doing.
You constantly live to do. To Go. To Work and not enough time to rest. To Sleep. To Breathe. To Relax.
You have been told it’s lazy and unproductive. You feel guilty for not doing anything productive and you maybe view sitting and scrolling on our phones or binge watching tv as chilling when it’s still actively keeping your mental, emotional and nervous system switched on.
It takes consistent choices to learn to find balance both in your daily life and within yourself. The one way to know if you are unbalanced in any area of your life is simply to see where you are exhausted and know that something is out of balance to your own wellbeing.
Rest is a natural state of life. We don’t shout and moan when night falls and say why can’t it be day for 24 hours. Night is where we are meant to naturally slow down. Switch off and just be with peace, quiet and gentle light.
This message is learn to switch off more for your general wellbeing. Try not going on your phone before going to sleep and instead meditate or yoga or breath-work. Allow yourself to ease into the natural flow of day and night. Doing and resting. And see if you can attune to the natural state and flow of life.
