Life experiences can bury your confidence, your courage and your power from a young age. Voices of adults, false beliefs, negative talk all dim your light- just like the image on the inner strength card showing how everyone’s expectations, words and actions can shape how you perceive yourself and over time you can become heavy and clouded in dust and ash of feeling inadequate. You begin to belittle yourself, you stay small and quiet and hide your true power, voice and light from the world.
This message is inviting you to remember your inner strength to break yourself free. While you need encouragement and support, ultimately it’s down to self mastery.
Cracking your heart wide open.
Choosing to dust yourself off and rise back up. To find your voice even if it shakes.
To stop hiding away.
To say “No more!”.
The solar plexus is your third chakra located just below your ribs above your navel and is linked to self-esteem, determination, confidence and empowerment.
Self mastery is not a quick or easy process, confidence and strength are not given to you, they are forged with courage and determination and action. A choice to stand up when you have been knocked down.
Self-mastery is a consistent practice of self-connection, it’s emotional awareness and healing, learning and becoming.
It is opening up to remembering your value and worth. It’s doing and saying the things which scare you. It’s knowing that life experiences aren’t there to belittle or knock you down but to build your courage and inner strength through those often painful experiences.
The overall theme of this message is saying that it is now time to dust yourself off and shine.
Journal prompts:
What does the most self-empowered version of me believe, embody and no longer tolerate?
Think of a recent challenge, how did I show strength and how could I deepen that resilience next time?
In what areas of my life have I given my power away, and how can I reclaim it?
